Paid services are enabled only when their production payment flow and access controls are verified.

Content access remains subject to licensing, territory and entitlement rules; purchasing access does not transfer copyright ownership.

Commercial checkout is temporarily disabled while production billing and final legal review are completed.

These terms remain subject to formal legal review before paid services are activated.
