Refund & Cancellation Policy

Watching an official third-party YouTube embed on CUTV is free and does not require credits or payment, so there is no VOD charge to refund for that viewing.

CUTV credit sales remain gated until the platform has at least one published title with verified commercial distribution rights. Rights-cleared paid products will display their price, access window and applicable refund terms before checkout.

For enabled digital products, rentals, purchases, subscriptions or event access, refund eligibility depends on the product, whether digital access has already been delivered or substantially consumed, the payment provider status and mandatory consumer-protection law.

CUTV will not use a blanket no-refund rule to override non-waivable consumer rights. Duplicate charges, failed fulfilment, demonstrable technical non-delivery and other valid billing disputes can be submitted through contact@christntouch.com.
