You may cancel your CUTV subscription at any time without fees or penalties. When cancelled, your premium viewing benefits remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing term.
If a live pay-per-view crusade or concert broadcast experiences severe verified transmission failure exceeding 30 continuous minutes that prevents viewing, a full refund or broadcast credit will be issued upon request within 7 business days.
To submit a refund docket, email billing@christntouch.com with your order ID, transaction receipt, and account email.
